Charity selleck

Charity Selleck is a soulful vocalist and engaging performer based in East Arnhem Land. Originally from South Australia, she moved to the NT two and a half years ago and now works as a physiotherapist, travelling across the region. It’s during these flights over vast and beautiful country that much of her songwriting is born.

Since arriving in Nhulunbuy, Charity has made a name for herself performing cover gigs, earning a reputation for her rich, emotive voice and magnetic stage presence.

Her debut original album, created in collaboration with producer Matt McLean, weaves together elements of country, R&B, rock, and pop—offering a raw and honest reflection of her journey through grief, love, and personal transformation. Of course, her light-hearted and adventurous spirit also shines through in a few upbeat tracks that capture the essence of life in the NT.

Set for release in late September, the full album is a deeply personal and musically diverse project. Performing at East Arnhem Live, Charity will offer audiences an exclusive first listen to some of these soon-to-be-released songs.
