Mr Chrisy Mertas is an alternative Surf- Punk band from the remote community of Nhulunbuy in Arnhem Land, Northern Territory, Australia.

Mr Chrisy Mertas is known for their live energetic attitude and heavy surf punk infused sound, mixing the rough community environment with the beautiful ocean surroundings.

Since releasing their debut Album “Cookers Paradise” in 2024
